Orders are usually processed within a week of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with all the shipping details.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and time of year. Here are estimated delivery times:

Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing, which is beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact me at alex.artistepeintre@gmail.com and provide details of the product and the issue, along with photos. Once I receive your request, I will review it and notify you by email, within a reasonable timeframe, whether you are eligible for a refund or exchange. The request must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
