Orders are usually processed within the week following the purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with all the shipping details.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the time of year. Here is an estimate of the delivery times:

• Canada : 2 to 10 business days

• USA : 7 to 14 business days*

• International : 10 to 30 business  days*

*Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections, which are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

For logistical and shipping reasons, the minimum purchase amount is 35 CAD (before taxes and shipping fees).

Customers are responsible for the address provided at the time of the order. In case of an error, any additional fees or delivery delays will be the responsibility of the customer.

A signature upon delivery applies only to original paintings and canvas reproductions.
All other items (tote bags, placemats, cards, calendars, etc.) are delivered without a required signature, and delivery is deemed complete once the package has been dropped off at the address provided. Once the parcel has been delivered to the specified address, responsibility for the package is transferred to the recipient. The seller cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or theft occurring after the carrier’s confirmation of delivery.

Prices may be displayed in different currencies, but all transactions are processed in Canadian dollars. Small currency conversion or international processing fees may be applied by your bank, credit card provider, or PayPal. These fees are your responsibility.

You do not pay Canadian taxes or customs fees.
*Except for the United States. Due to recent changes, there may be additional customs fees upon receipt of the order.

Customs in your country may request additional information or documents before releasing your package. Customs will contact you directly by email or phone if any information is required. Please note that it is your responsibility to respond to their requests and provide the necessary documents. If you do not respond or provide the requested documents, and the package is returned to the sender, all costs related to the initial delivery, as well as return fees, will be your responsibility.

In the event that the shipping fees are higher than usual, significantly exceeding the amount paid by the customer, the artist reserves the right to cancel the order.

The customer is responsible for tracking their package using the tracking number sent via email. They should check their spam folder to ensure they do not miss important information regarding their package. If the package is sent to a service point, it is the customer's responsibility to retrieve it or reschedule home delivery. If the package is returned to the sender due to non-retrieval, return shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility. If the customer wishes to request a refund, the original shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the product is damaged upon receipt. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

The products you have purchased, along with the images associated with them, are for personal use only. Any reproduction or use of the images, in any form, is strictly prohibited without the prior permission of the artist.

All copyrights on the images remain the exclusive property of the artist. Any attempt to reproduce or commercially exploit the images without permission will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights.

The artist reserves the right to use the images of their original works to reproduce them on derivative products, prints, or any other medium, for commercial or promotional purposes. These reproductions are considered an extension of the original work and are part of the artist’s exclusive rights.
