Orders are usually processed within one week of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with all the shipping details.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the time of year. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Canada: 2 to 10 business days
- United States: 7 to 14 business days*
- International: 10 to 30 business days*

*Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections, which are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact me at alex.artistepeintre@gmail.com and include details of the product and the defect, along with a photo. Once I receive your request, I will review it and notify you by email, within a reasonable timeframe, whether you are eligible for a refund or an exchange.

Requests for an exchange or refund must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
