Carrier delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the time of year. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• International: 10 to 30 business days*

Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections, which are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact me at alex.artistepeintre@gmail.com and provide details of the product and the defect, along with photos. Once I receive your request, I will review it and notify you by email within a reasonable time whether you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Requests for an exchange or refund must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
