Orders are typically processed within one week of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing all shipping information.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and time of year. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Canada: 2–10 business days
• United States: 7–14 business days*
• International: 10–30 business days*

*Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections, which are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged.

If you receive a defective item, please contact me at alex.artistepeintre@gmail.com and provide details of the product and the defect, along with supporting photos.

Once I receive your request, I will review it and notify you by email within a reasonable timeframe whether you are eligible for a refund or an exchange.

Requests for a refund or exchange must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the product.
