Customs authorities will contact you directly by email or phone if additional information is required. Please note that it is your responsibility to respond to their requests and provide the required documents. If you do not respond or fail to provide the requested documents, and the package is returned to the sender, all costs related to the original shipment, as well as return shipping costs, will be your responsibility.
