Orders are usually processed within the week following the purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing all the shipping details.

The delivery time from the carrier may vary depending on the destination country and the time of year. Below is an estimate of the delivery times:

• Canada: 2 to 10 business days

• United States: 7 to 14 business days*

• International: 10 to 30 business days*

*Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections, which are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact me at alex.artistepeintre@gmail.com and provide details of the product and the defect, along with a supporting photo. Once I receive your request, I will review it and notify you by email, within a reasonable timeframe, if you are entitled to a refund or exchange. The request for an exchange or refund must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
