Exchange and Refund Policy
I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact me at alex.artistepeintre@gmail.com and include details of the product and the defect, along with a photo. Once I receive your request, I will review it and notify you by email, within a reasonable timeframe, whether you are eligible for a refund or an exchange. Requests for an exchange or refund must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
